Susan Sariti, FSCP®

Susan (Gilmartin) Sariti, FSCP®, is Principal and Owner of Northeast Benefit Administrators, LLC, located in Scranton Pennsylvania.

For over 20 years she has been assisting clients with insurance and investment decisions.

Susan began her career in 1997 with Gilmartin Insurance Agency, LLC, a regional property and casualty firm and then joined Gilmartin Associates, Inc., a 401(k) investment and administrative firm.

She is a graduate of the University of Scranton and earned the series 6, 63, and 65 Securities Licenses as well as Property and Casualty, Life, Health and Annuities Licenses with the State of Pennsylvania and the Financial Services Certified Professional® designation from The American College.

She works closely with employers to design group health plans and employee benefits. In doing so, she performs cost comparisons and reviews complex non-discrimination and compliance matters to meet their objectives.

In all client interactions, her mission is to fully understand client needs and provide them with the best possible solutions that are competitively priced and supported by quality service.She resides with her husband, Nathan, in the East Mountain section of Scranton.  

Edward Gilmartin, MBA
For 20 years, Ed owned and operated Gilmartin Associates, Inc. servicing 401(k) Plans as a TPA in Northeast Pennsylvania. He sold the firm in December of 2015 to Peoples Security Bank and was retained by the bank for two years to assist in the transition. His position was Managing Director of Retirement Plan Services.

Prior to managing his own firm, he was Senior Vice President and Trust Division Manager for Third National Bank and Trust Company in Scranton.

In 2015, he was recognized by Financial Times as one of the top retirement plan advisors in the United States.

He now specializes in compliance matters on 401(k) retirement and group health plans.

Ed is a graduate of the University of Scranton where he earned his B.S. degree in accounting and an MBA in finance. He has served on boards and committees for a number of charitable organizations, including Holy Name of Jesus Church, Goodwill Industries, and Lackawanna College. In 2003, he was recognized by President George W. Bush and the USA Freedom Corp. for his dedication to volunteer service.
Kasey Hadley Connolly

Kasey Hadley Connolly is a group health and life insurance agent for Northeast Benefit Administrators, LLC located in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Prior to her employment with Northeast Benefit Administrators, she worked as a therapist and special needs instructor, as well as a stay at home mother.  Kasey translated her professional and personal background dealing with the needs of others to successfully assessing the insurance needs for employers and individuals. Her caring and intuitive nature, combined with her industry knowledge makes for an outstanding and trusted insurance advisor.

In all client interactions, her mission is to create peace of mind and lasting relationships.

Kasey resides with her husband, Guy, and their children in Roaring Brook Township.
